Privacy notice.

Nature Inspired Rooms designs, builds and installs garden rooms in the United Kingdom and Greece. For anything to do with your personal data, send us a message through the contact page and mention "privacy" so it reaches the right person.

When you send an enquiry or a quote request we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the details of the room you're considering, and any photographs you choose to attach.

We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to design, quote for and build your garden room.

If your enquiry doesn't become a project, we delete it after 12 months. If it does, we keep your project records for the length of your guarantee, and financial records for as long as tax law requires.

We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing. It is handled only by us and by the services that run this website and deliver its messages, including our hosting provider, Vercel.

The site works without cookies. If analytics is switched on, we ask first, and nothing is set unless you agree. The configurator saves your progress in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off; that information stays on your device until you send it to us.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop us contacting you. Send us a message through the contact page and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in Greece.
