We design, build and install every room ourselves, so the person who draws your room is in step with the people who make it.
Why we do it
Most garden buildings are sold as products. We think they should be designed as rooms: for a particular person, in a particular garden, for a particular kind of day.
The name is the brief. Rooms that sit quietly among the planting, made from materials that weather well, and built to be used every day of the year.

What we believe

A room, not a shed.
If you wouldn't accept it in your house, we won't build it in your garden. Insulation, glazing, electrics and finishes are done to the standard of a room you live in.

The garden comes first.
A building should sit quietly among the planting, in materials that weather well, and make the garden better for being there.

Say what it costs.
People deserve a rough answer before a sales visit and an exact one before they commit. We publish starting prices and itemise every quote.

Build it once.
The parts nobody sees, like the foundations, the membranes and the insulation under the floor, are the parts that decide how long a building lasts. That's where we refuse to save money.

Be easy to deal with.
Turn up when we said we would. Answer the phone. Tidy up at the end of the day. None of it is complicated, and all of it matters.
How we build
Every room is made for its site. Much of the structure is prepared before it reaches you, which keeps time in your garden short, and the room is then insulated, clad, glazed and finished by the same team. The specification page shows the build-up layer by layer.
Two climates, one standard
A room in the UK has to keep heat in. A room in Greece has to keep it out. The same things do both: insulation on every side, shade where the sun is strongest, ventilation you can control and careful orientation. Building for both has made us better at each.
Why quality matters
A garden room is a small building, and small buildings fail in small ways first: a door that starts to stick, a corner that stays damp, a floor that's always cold. Every one of those traces back to a decision made before the cladding went on. We'd rather get those decisions right than explain them later.

Hello, I'm Kevin, founder of Nature Inspired Rooms.
I believe the garden is the most overlooked room a home has. A few steps from the back door there is space for the thing you keep meaning to make time for: the work, the workout, the quiet hour, the people you love coming to stay.
A well-made room gives that time back. It should feel calm the moment you walk in, belong to the garden around it, and still be standing square long after the novelty has worn off. That is the room I want to build for you.
