My garden has no side access. Can you still build a garden room?
Usually, yes. Many London homes can only be reached through the house, so we check the route at the first visit, size every component to fit through it and protect your floors while we work. If something won't fit, we tell you before you commit to anything.

How small can a garden room be?
Our smallest standard room is 2.4 × 3 m, which is comfortable for a one-person office. For a tighter or more awkward space we draw a bespoke footprint to fit it.
How close to the boundary can a garden room go?
That depends on the height of the building and on the planning position of your property, so there is no single answer. We design each room for its exact spot and advise you on what applies before anything is ordered.
